Accelerate your development

Ready to take your career to the next level? Our 16-month Commercial Management Traineeship in Europe is your ticket to accelerated development. As a trainee, you will rotate through four departments – Palm, Oleochemicals, Sugar, and Business Development, including Projects – gaining exposure to day-to-day operations and long-term strategies. After you’ve completed the four rotations, you will have the chance to visit another office for two months to broaden your experience further.

Supercharge your progress: Our programme is designed to fast-track your growth and prepare you for a successful career in commercial management. You will participate in commercial activities and work with other departments, learning on the job from experts and developing your technical and soft skills. Our structured learning will grow your technical, professional, and leadership skills while allowing you to build a peer network across our global community.
