Ingredients A :
- 130 g FILMA® Prestige (Butter Blend Margarine)
- 70 g Powdered sugar
Ingredients B :
- 2 Egg Yolks
Ingredients C :
- 2 g Baking Powder
- 2 g Baking Soda
- 12 g Cornstarch
- 20 g Powdered Milk
- 225 g All-purpose Flour (Medium Protein)
Ingredients D :
- 2 Egg Yolks
Instructions :
- Beat ingredients A at medium speed (I use speed 4) for 4 minutes.
- Add ingredient B and beat again for 1 minute.
- Add ingredient C and mix thoroughly.
- Roll the dough to a thickness of 7mm, then cut with a butter cookie cutter.
- Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with non-stick parchment paper, then brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with granulated sugar.
- Bake at 120°C for 40 minutes.
