Golden Agri-Resources (GAR) fully supports the action plan by Golden Veroleum (Liberia) (GVL) to review, strengthen and improve its sustainability procedures and practices.

GAR will be monitoring GVL’s progress closely in line with GAR’s Grievance Handling Procedure. GAR will also be providing technical advice and expertise to help GVL close gaps in its sustainability practices and ensure that it is fully compliant with the responsible palm oil commitments in the GARSocial and Environmental Policy (GSEP). Updates will be posted on GAR’s Grievance List on the GAR Sustainability Dashboard.

GAR invests in GVL through the Verdant Fund, a private equity fund.
